FSC Announces First Exit From Front Street Properties Fund II

Winston-Salem, NC – Front Street Capital is pleased to announce the successful completion of its first exit from Front Street Properties Fund II, LP, with the sale of “The Catalyst” located at 3617 Parkway Lane in Peachtree Corners, GA.

Located in northern Atlanta, The Catalyst is a two-story, 75,000 SF building, occupied 100% by Siemens Real Estate, a wholly owned subsidiary of Siemens Corporation, a global innovator in the areas of electrification, automation and digitalization. The facility houses a Siemens division headquarters that includes 25,000 SF of state-of-the-art lab space with 3D printing and product development capabilities. Siemens, in conjunction with Front Street, recently completed a full renovation and reconfiguration of the facility to tailor the layout of The Catalyst to the needs of the Siemens division that domiciles in the building. 

Front Street Capital acquired the facility as part of a three-asset portfolio purchase, completed in June of this year.
